President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday met behind closed doors with the Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The meeting started around 2.40 p.m
The governor, after picking his second term nomination form, suddenly realized that other aspirants under the All Progressives Congress (APC) were also interested in the number one Lagos State public office.
The APC governorship primary has now been rescheduled for September 29, 2018.
The meeting was still in progress at the time of filing this report.
