A video shared by Instablog9ja shows a group of people gathered around a man that is said to have been shot dead by a Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) for allegedly overtaking their van.
The yet to be identified man was a Keke rider, other Keke riders in retaliation set the NSCDC’s van on fire.
