Security operatives in Rivers State have apprehended a 23-year-old man with a fresh human head.
The physically challenged man identified as Chinedu Okoro was arrested by operatives of ONELGA Security Peace and Advisory Council, OSPAC, for allegedly beheading a woman and taking her head for alleged ritual.
It is reported that the suspect who is deaf was apprehended on Saturday, January 15, with a bag containing the victim’s head in Omoku, Rivers State.
He has since been handed over to the police for further investigation.
