A suspected ritualist identified as Ifeanyi, escaped being lynched after he was caught stealing 58 female panties at a student area in Mgbakwu, Anambra State.

Ifeanyi who hailed from Umuneke in Enugu State confessed that he had already stolen over 58 women panties before he met his Waterloo today.

It was later gathered that Ifeanyi had broken into the house around 2 am and was stealing female panties, when a lady, who came out to urinate, saw him and raised alarm.

Mr. Ifeanyi revealed that he usually sells the underwear to one Emeka Ofor at the rate of N500 in Enugu State. However, after thorough beaten, he was later freed.
