The body of a newborn baby was found dumped in a gutter at Shango area of Minna, Niger State.
Sharing another photo, a Minna resident, Laiyee Badeggi, said the gutter is behind a house where College of Education students reside.
“This is the result of my daughter is schooling in high institution, without knowing the kind of life, dey live in campus.Ya Allah ka shiyar da zuryar mun.This baby was found in one gulter in Shango Minna the residence of almost C.O.E students.”
