23-year old Precious Owolabi is the Channels TV reporter who was killed during the violent clash between Shi’ite members and the Nigerian police in Abuja July 22nd.
Questioning what happens next, US-based singer and activist, Dafe Richards said, ‘so what happens to the family of the Channels TV corper that died covering the Shiites protest? Is he covered by any insurance? Any compensation for his parents? We really need to do more than just send sympathy’.
Late Precious Owolabi will be buried tomorrow, July 25th 2019 in Zaria.
