A  2-month-old baby girl had her throat slit by an unknown person in Jalingo, Taraba State.

It was gathered that the mother of child woke up from sleep at around 11pm last night  September 1, to find her child missing.

She raised alarm and a search ensued. The baby was found dead at the back of their house. Someone had slit her throat.
