It is no news anymore that Governor Godwin Obaseki was recently disgraced by angry Nigerians in New York, the protesters pointed out that he his a failure.

A Philanthropy who is known for his good deeds to Nigerians, especially to the people living in Edo State including indigenes and non-indigenes, the president of God Sent Foundation, Ambassador Osarodion Osagie popularly called Dion Osagie, took to his Facebook page this morning sharing a post he captioned ‘Dion Osagie Vs Obaseki’ He expressed his views about the Governor of Edo State Godwin Obaseki.
In the post he shared, the married man who operates a Charity Organization stated that the governor is a good man who wants the best for Edo people but the people working with him are a bunch of crack heads and lazy youths who are kissing ass to get favour from him.
He noted in the post his reasons for saying that and recalled that on Christmas of 2018, he sent a Christmas WhatsApp photo message to the governor stating his displeasure about the excess trash at the Ring Road which is the City Center of the State capital, Benin City, and the governor responded immediately with a phone number of the then Commissioner of Environment telling him to call her.

Like I always say, supporting the Governor is not about making noise online daily to defend the Governor. It is about your ideas and innovation to make Edo a better place.
According to close source to GOV Obaseki, some of the people working under him repeatedly spoil my name everytime Obaseki recommend me for all our good works. They spoil my name before him because they know i constantly put them to shame on their jobs.
I remember vividly sending Obaseki a whatapp photo message Xmas Day 2018 stating my displeasure about the excess trash at ringroad. He immediately responded with a phone number of the commissioner of environment and asked me to call her.
I called the then commissioner who said the contract was under Oredo local Govt. “I have done more work as an individual than most commissioners and SSA who receive millions in allocation and salary, Please prove me wrong.”
Moral of the Story: Obaseki wants you to bring his attention to some of the challenges our people face. The man is not a spirit and can not see everything unless we speak about it. Therefore we will continue to bring to his notice so many challenges and do our part in supporting his success. Only Godsent can rescue Edo! We are making Edo great!
