Ex-Golden Eaglets player, Philip Osondu is dead

The former Nigeria’s Under-17 Golden Eaglets’ exploit in Canada in 1987 has died, Thursday 12th of December, 2019.

Philip Osondu reportedly died on Thursday 12th of December, 2019 at the age of 48 after he checked himself into a hospital to be examined.

According to the Nation, Osondu was said to have felt sick at work and decided to visit the hospital where he passed away.
