Some ex-Niger Delta militants were earlier today spotted protesting in Rivers state, over two months unpaid stipends.
Since the militants were given amnesty by the Federal Government, they have been receiving a monthly stipend, and now they claim they haven’t gotten paid in the last two months.
Blocking off a major road in the state, they claimed the FG is rehabilitating and paying ex-BH members and have refused to pay them.
