Notable Edo men took to their Facebook page to blasts Edo multi-billionaire in foreign currencies, Captain Hosa Okunbor.
Speaking mostly in Bini language, the men claim he allegedly said he owns Benin City. They accused him of trying to manipulate the forthcoming Edo governorship elections of September 19, 2020, because he is rich.
Recalling the good works of businessman, the Esama of Benin, Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, they reminded Hosa that the Esama is by far better and has helped the people of Edo more than him, stated that Esama is still unbeatable till date.
They added that he fooled himself for involving himself with dirty politics whereby aligning himself with Agberos (Thugs), saying he should have used the money he’s trying to use in manipulating the elections to help widows and orphans.

In conclusion, they said no one and nobody can stop governor Godwin Obaseki from becoming the next governor, 4+4 Torgba!. They shouted.
In related news, Captain Okunbor Hosa had alleged that Obaseki attacked his company, Ocean Marine Solutions Limited (OMSL), leading to the loss of the contract to provide security on the Nigerian waterways — but the governor denied the claim
Rotimi Amaechi speaking on African Independent Television (AIT), also accused the company of incompetence.
According to Amaechi, his ministry canceled the maritime security contract, which Captain Hosa Okunbo’s Ocean Marine Solutions Limited (OMSL) was undertaking, because the deal was laced with fraud, adding that OMSL was grossly inefficient, didn’t have the federal government’s approval to execute the contract and was charging very high rates.
