A viral video has captured the awful moment where hoodlums were looting bags of rice at an accident scene.
The accident reportedly happened at Opoji junction along Benin-Auchi Road, Ekpoma in Edo State.
NSWSAO gathered that two people died after an Okada man ran into a fast-moving truck that was carrying bags of rice.
