Yet-to be-identified ‘thieves’ have been burned to death in Benin City, Edo State by angry mobs.

According to reports by Edo Citizens Forum page, the incident happened this morning at Upper Sakponba Road.

It was gathered that the barbaric act was carried out by the mobs who claimed they did it because there is no Police Station in the area.

You can recall that some police station in the State was burned down by hoodlums who hijacked the #Endsars peaceful protest a few weeks ago.

“BREAKING!

Thieves caught this morning at 3House, Upper sakponba rd,Edo state, burnt to death by angry mobs.

This was done because there is no police station in the whole of upper sakponba road, according to d mobs.

This is babaric😥😥” the report reads
