American rapper, Bobby Shmurda is no longer in police custody but is still under parole supervision until 2026.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, the Brooklyn rapper has a few special parole conditions he must abide by while on supervised release.
Under his parole supervision, Shmurda can’t drink alcohol, associate with gangs, or spend time at bars. He also isn’t allowed to violate an 8 p.m. curfew, has to submit to substance abuse testing, and is required to get aggression and anger counselling.
Recall after his release, a video began trending of Shmurda turning down a drink at a club, with Shmurda responding to it on his Instagram Stories, reminding fans that he was on parole. See video below:

The rapper was granted an early release after serving six years at an upstate New York prison on charges of conspiracy to murder, reckless endangerment, and possession of weapons. He became a free man last month and has no plans of getting locked up again.
