Residents had to wade through waist-deep floodwater after heavy rainfalls in Aba, Abia State.
Videos taken in the popular Ariaria International Market in Aba, show customers placing their bags and goods on their head or upper body to prevent it from getting into the floodwater as they trudged through.
Traders also had to set up tables to place their goods above water.
