There seem to be more woes for embattled Nigerian actor, James Omiyinka, popularly known as ‘Baba Ijesha as a forensic report presented by a witness, Olabisi Ajayi-Kayode on Tuesday to Special Offenses Court in Ikeja disclosed that he inserted a car key into the vagina of an underaged girl. The prosecution led by the Lagos State Director of Public Prosecution (DPP), Olayinka Adeyemi presented the witness, a child forensic expert and the Executive Director of Cece Yara Foundation revealing that the clinical report on the minor showed Baba Ijesha allegedly engaged the child in sexual activities when she was 7 on two occasions and on one occasion inserted his car key into her vagina. She added that the forensic interview she had with the victim showed engagement and suppression of the minor as Baba Ijesha had asked the minor not to inform anyone. “He asked the child if he should remove his penis and asked her to sit on his lap ,” the witness told the court“He told her not to tell anybody. The perpetrator also inserted his car key into her vagina and asked her not to tell anyone.” Earlier, the counsel to the defendant as seeks that the case be adjourned but his request was declined by Justice Olwatoyin Taiwo following the plea from DPP that the counsel to the defendant is taking the court for granted as the case is a criminal case. Justice Oluwatoyin adjourned the trial to October 20 and 21 for further hearing. Speaking to newsmen at the court premises, a movie producer in the entourage of Baba Ijesha stated that the forensic reports could be fallacy while condemning the report of Baba Ijesha admitting to the sexual assault allegations. Baba Ijesha was on June 16 arraigned before a Chief Magistrates’ Court in Yaba, Lagos State for alleged sexual assault and attempted r.a.p.e of a minor
