Celebrity chef, Gbubemi Fregene has said that he truly started liking himself for the first time in 2021.
According to Chef Fregz, who is married to Actress Lala Akindoju, for many years he pitied himself and was desperate for people’s validation.
“I fell in love with myself this past year. For the first time I truly liked me. I didn’t negotiate my value or worth with myself. I applauded even my shortcomings. I started living,” he wrote.
