A number of people have expressed concern for a Nigerian woman arrested shortly after she relocated to Malaysia.
According to a Twitter user who narrated the incident, the girl recently relocated and when her ex, who lives in Malaysia, found out that she’s now in the same country as him, he asked to meet her so they can talk.
She agreed and he allegedly begged her to help him pick up a parcel in a nearby store while on her way to meet him.
The parcel ended up being drugs and the woman was arrested with it.
The ex-boyfriend, whohas been accused of setting the woman up, is nowhere to be found.
A Nigerian woman who lives on Malaysia sent a message revealing that she saw a video of the Nigerian woman getting arrested in Malaysia and she knows the boyfriend who allegedly set her up. She asked for a way to get the story out to Malaysian blogs to aid the release of the Nigerian woman who is still in custody in a Malaysian jail.
